The App is a back-office management system provided by Next Door Shop Holdings (Pty) Ltd and Noko Technologies (Pty) Ltd (collectively, 'we', 'us', or 'our') for authorised users to manage orders, shops, suppliers, and related business operations.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The App is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
